As of December 2017, service providers and intermediary service providers are required to register and notify on certain issues in the Electronic Commerce Information System (ETBİS), which will be established in accordance with the Communiqué on Electronic Commerce Information System and Notification Obligations issued and entered into force by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
